DWT High-Pressure Water Jet Chambers – Advanced Coating Quality Testing

The DWT high-pressure water jet chambers are designed to assess the coating quality of test specimens or small components using a precisely defined high-pressure water jet. Tests can be conducted in accordance with international standards and automotive industry specifications, ensuring reliable and repeatable results.

Our water jet chambers offer a fully automatic testing system for coating materials or coated components. In the standard version, the test nozzle can be positioned manually over the specimen. For testing multiple points on complex surfaces, robotic positioning is also available, providing flexibility and accuracy for even the most demanding applications.
