Depending upon the microscope configuration, you will then be able to take absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, polarization and even fluo- rescence microspectra™ of samples smaller than a micron. With CRAIC Technologies™ Universal Microscope Adapters, the 508 PV™ can be added to just about any microscope.
